Our team
“With our years of experience in marketing, coaching and within creative industries, we pride ourselves on our self awareness and strong client focus.”
– Charles and Devlin
Devlin began her career consulting for Harvard University’s Mind of the Market Lab, which explores how unconscious thinking drives behaviour. Learning from Harvard Professor Jerry Zaltman - an industry expert and innovator in neuromarketing - she trained in Metaphor Elicitation Techniques used in Zaltman’s patented research method (ZMET). She went on to work with Zaltman’s US-based market research company for 9 years.
After moving to Europe, she worked with consumer insight and strategy firm - Attune LLC - where she was engaged with developing innovative ways to use imagery in ideation. Her understanding of visual thinking developed further when she pursued a Master’s of Fine Art at Slade School, UCL, London.
Being an Artist and Creative Producer, Devlin has always had a holistic approach to learning through experience. She knows firsthand that innovative thinking enables individuals’ resilience and agility in the workplace. Along with her inventiveness and natural emotional intelligence, Devlin is very patient in creative processes; making her ideal as an Ideation Lead and Consultant.

Charles Richardson
Coaching Lead
Charles’ coaching business formed organically from his many years working with high-end professionals and entrepreneurs in London as a language consultant. His clients, many from some of the biggest global companies and institutions, often commented on his ability to laser in on their individual issues. His eye for detail and commitment to growth is unparallelled.
One CEO Charles worked with suggested he move into coaching, identifying how his personality and integrity were ideally suited for this role. Affirming what he already felt, he was inspired to complete coaching courses at Cambridge University and Oxford University, which emboldened his natural coaching skills and gave him plenty of hours of practical application.
He believes the format of team coaching is essential to creating a 360 perspective of a client. Having been through many ideation sessions himself, he knows how well the Ideation Coaching method frees up the creative unconscious to fully expand one's opportunity for growth and self-understanding.
